The sauce is a mix of spices and seasonings, such as chopped garlic, green onions, chili powder, and cumin, among other things. As a final touch, it gets its refreshing taste from chopped cucumbers, onions, coriander, and peanuts. Have Chinese pig ears salad as a snack or side dish.
