The Best Soy Sauce Vinegar Recipe (Dumpling Sauce)

Ingredients
  

  • 2 to 3 stalks of green onions
  • 1 ginger thinly sliced
  • 5 crushed garlic cloves
  • 1 tsp of sugar
  • 1 tsp of chicken bouillon powder or vegetable powder
  • 50 ml of Zhenjiang vinegar
  • 50 ml of light soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp of sesame oil

Instructions
 

  • Cut the green onions and slice the ginger into thin slices.
  • Remove the garlic skins and crush them with the knife.
  • Combine all the fresh ingredients in a glass container.
  • Add sugar and chicken bouillon powder.
  • Mix Zhenjiang vinegar and light soy sauce using a 1:1 ratio.
  • Finally, add sesame oil.
  • Stir well. Give it a taste and adjust the seasonings according to your liking.
  • Cover the container and store it in the fridge for later use.
