It is creamy, incredibly delicious, and super easy to make! Make your homemade smooth egg pudding with only three ingredients: eggs, sugar, and milk. You can prepare this recipe in just 15 minutes with an air fryer and have a silky and light pudding.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together two eggs, sugar, and milk. Make sure not to over-whisk it to lessen the bubbles and foam. You can remove air bubbles and foam using a sieve or spoon.
Next, prepare your reusable tin foil bowls. Alternatively, you can use air fryer-safe bowls that are ceramic, metal, glass, or cast iron. Oven-safe bowls can also be used in an air fryer.
Then, pour the egg mixture into the bowls.
Bake in an air fryer at 160°C (320°F) for 10 minutes.
After 10 minutes, take it out and sprinkle some sugar on top. This step is needed if you want a beautiful brown glaze on top.
Bake for an additional 5 minutes. The top should be golden brown and slightly charred.
