Ingredients
  

  • 1 whole papaya peeled and shredded
  • 2 tbsp of salt for marinade
  • 20 g of minced garlic
  • 20 g of Thai chili pepper
  • 1 tbsp of sugar
  • 2 tbsp of rice vinegar
  • 2 tbsp of light soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp of coriander
  • 2 tbsp of chili garlic sauce

Instructions
 

  • Peel the papaya skin using a vegetable peeler, chop it in half lengthwise, and remove the seeds in the center with a spoon.
  • Shred into matchsticks using a julienne shredder.
  • Place the shredded green papaya in a bowl and marinate with salt for 2 hours.
  • Add sliced garlic, Thai chili pepper, sugar, rice vinegar, light soy sauce, coriander, and chili garlic sauce.
  • Mix everything together thoroughly until the shredded green papaya turns slightly brown and fully absorbs the sauce.
